Mr. Stuart Crosby - Chairman

Mr. Stuart Crosby was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Computershare Group in November 2006. He joined Computershare in 1999 as a strategic business development manager and in that role, worked to build the Group's interests in Continental Europe and Asia. In 2002, he was appointed Group Managing Director - Asia Pacific, responsible for operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong and in 2005, he was appointed the Group's Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Computershare, Mr. Crosby was the National Head of Listings at the ASX and worked for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, heading its intermediary licensing division and later as a director of enforcement.

Mr. Crosby is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee. He is based in Melbourne.

Mr. C. Parthasarathy - Managing Director

Mr. C. Parthasarathy, a leader in the financial services industry in India is responsible for building Karvy as one of India's truly integrated Financial Services Provider; he is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in law.

Mr. M. Yugandhar - Managing Director

Mr. M. Yugandhar, Managing Director, founder member of Karvy Consultants Limited, has varied experience in the field of financial services spanning over 20 years. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was involved in the statutory and branch audit of banks for 26 years.

Mr. James Wong - Director

Mr. James Wong heads up the North Asia business of Computershare, and is also the Chief Executive Officer of Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited ("CHIS"), the largest provider of share registration and other related shareholder services in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Computershare, Mr. James was HSBC's senior executive in charge of securities services business in Hong Kong and China. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and was with HSBC for 25 years working in corporate and retail banking businesses.

He is currently a member of the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee, member of the Disciplinary Subcommittee of the Treasury Markets Association and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Share Registrars.

Mr. M.S. Ramakrishna - Director

Mr. M.S. Ramakrishna, Director, founder member of Karvy Consultants Limited, is an orchestrator of technology initiatives like the call center in the service of the customer.
